Manager frank buys stolen items from customers in exchange for rent pay. Takes items from storage units to sell. Allows drug users to live in units and get high in public bathroom. Highly recommend not going there.
BEST Self Storage in Rochester! – Great access hours, Safe, High Security, Very Affordable compared to places like Unkle Bob and Public Storage, Nice havin U-Haul trucks right there as well. The Manager, Matt, is a blast and friendly to a fault!
Being students at RIT we had to find good, affordable, safe self storage for the summer. After calling nearly all the places in the city of Rochester we finally found High Falls Self Storage! One phone call and the manager, Matt, had us sold, rented a U-Haul and moved in within 4 hours at a price that was lower then the lowest price for just the storage unit alone at the other places.
