Took one of my CDJ-2000’s in for repair. It kept creating loops automatically on its own. High Energy fixed it but it started happening again about a month later, but sorta in a different way. I took it back again and after a little further troubleshooting he was able to narrow down the exact issue and quickly had it back to me. Best yet, I said what’s the damage and he said nothing, I stand by my warranty from the first time it was here so that was on me. I love these guys! My old tube amp (which I smoked) sounds better than ever, it’s refreshing to talk with someone so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do for a living, I highly recommend High Energy to keep you jamming!
Orange guitar amp. Dropped it off in the morning and he had it fixed and I picked it up later that day. Fast, courteous and professional.
Not a good experience at all dealing with this company. Dropped off my digital turntable in September and was told in March after I followed up with them to get a status update that it was unrepairable. Took almost 6 months for them to determine it would not be repairable, which I feel is an extremely unreasonable amount of time and they still charged me a diagnostic fee. Also, their communication was horrible, as the only communication we had was me following up with them to get status updates.
