I called High Energy Repair about fixing my Yamaha piano. Curtis helped me troubleshoot my problem over the phone. He located a blown fuse that was my problem. He was closing the shop soon so he gave me the two fuses and put them in his mailbox for me to pick up.It's very hard to find this kind of friendly service anymore. I will always recommend a shop that treats me as a friend.
Was not happy at all about how he handled my repair. Was not timely, more like negligent and was very expensive for what lirtle I had done. Very expensive. I will not recommend or eeturn ro this establishment. It truly was the principal of this matter that got me. I paid the bill and left.
Excellent work, everything I take to be repaired is done with perfect perfection, I won’t go anywhere else this place is number one to me. Talking about loving your job I took my boss GT pro to be repaired. Got it back about two weeks later and I was still having trouble with it so I took it back. He worked on it again. Brought my prized signed Roger Mayer Octavia to Curtis (the owner), he re-soddered a detached internal wire and even dremmeled out an access port on the side of the pedal to accomodate my 9v adaptor so it works without a battery on my powered pedalboard. All this on the spot while I waited only about 10 mins. Above and beyond, thanks Curtis!
