I love these guys! My old tube amp (which I smoked) sounds better than ever, it’s refreshing to talk with someone so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do for a living, I highly recommend High Energy to keep you jamming!
Orange guitar amp. Dropped it off in the morning and he had it fixed and I picked it up later that day. Fast, courteous and professional.
Not a good experience at all dealing with this company. Dropped off my digital turntable in September and was told in March after I followed up with them to get a status update that it was unrepairable. Took almost 6 months for them to determine it would not be repairable, which I feel is an extremely unreasonable amount of time and they still charged me a diagnostic fee. Also, their communication was horrible, as the only communication we had was me following up with them to get status updates.
Excellent repair service and very nice person
Very friendly and very helpful. I brought in my Roland keyboard A-E7 and they asked some questions. Thinking it might be a simple fix they plugged it in and very quickly discovered the problem and fixed it on the spot!!! Only asked for $10.00 !! I was thrilled--it made my day! Thanks- Dan
