I would recommend High Ends Detail Shop a thousand times over. The response time to my messages was very fast. Communication between myself and the owners was above standard. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and inviting. Not to mention the job they done with my car was completely satisfactory. I would give more stars if I could. I appreciate great customer service ❤️
I want to give props to High Ends Detail Shop for doing such a fabulous job detailing my son's new/used car. Seriously y'all, they did a great job and we are very very happy!! ��
I scheduled an appointment with them through Facebook for Tues October 17 at 9am. My husband was there before 9 and waited until after 930 before leaving. No one ever showed up. I called several times and no one answered. I also left a voicemail and no one ever called me back. My husband saw someone else wait for like 20 minutes then leave. This is not a good business practice. I was looking forward to seeing their work on my car...but that won't happen because they don't show up for your appointments.
Excellent all the way around!! They definitely aim to please! Everyone is so friendly & pleasant!
