Impressed with the customer service and the quality fit and finish of my Windshield shade for my daughter’s 1997 Jaguar XK8. The service was prompt, updates were timely and the product is very good value. So stoked I immediately ordered another one for my wife’s 2022 Lexus NX350.
TERRIBLE EBAY SELLER, DISHONEST TO SAY THE LEAST. BUYER BEWARE - THIS SNAKE WILL TRY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND EITHER NOT SEND YOU ANYTHING OR HE'LL SEND YOU GARBAGE. HE LIKES TO GET YOUR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK DELETED OFF EBAY BY CALLING AND CRYING TO EBAY, SO WE'LL GIVE A HALF DOZEN OTHER REVIEW WEBSITES TO DEAL WITH. MAYBE TRY NOT TO BE A SHADY SELLER.
Would give zero stars if I could. I only write reviews if a company is EXCEPTIONAL or extremely bad. Ordered and got product very quickly. Only problem - COMPLETELY wrong. Sent back on August 26th and have YET to receive CORRECT product. If this is a "family owned" company it is clear that the family is NOT paying attention. Only thing high end about this company is the PRICE!!!
