I met Jimmy while he was putting a new roof on my neighbors property. We agreed that it will cost me $7,000 to redo my roof and he offered an complimentary siding pressure washing. The morning that Jimmy started to remove the shingles, he informed me that the job will cost an additional $1,720. I agreed to the new price $8,720.
