Mike did an amazing job fixing the headset mic for our pastor. The 3.5mm connector pin had fallen off, and we could not get it to remain attached even if we could slot it back into place. Mike quickly diagnosed that an O-ring had fallen off (never to be found) and that was why the pin was not staying attached. Because it was so loose, the connection from the 3.5mm pin to the rest of the microphone wire caused horrible popping and feedback.
