After a terrible experience, the owner asked us to contact customer service for a resolution. We spoke with Jamie, but then were completely ghosted for over a month. This is exactly the kind of customer service issue we’ve had with this company from the start. A company with a D- rating on the BBB simply can’t have a genuine 4.8 on Google. Be cautious and stay away.
