Johnny came to the rescue! Very personable and efficient. He kept me updated and was very transparent about his arrival time, unlike some other companies that give you unreal ETAs.
The driver, Santos was very courteous and professional. He kept constant contact on his way to pick us up since we were stranded in the middle of nowhere. He is safety-minded and towed us back home to Fresno. We highly recommend. 10 Stars!
You've got to be a special kind of stupid to tailgate multiple vehicles then illegally cross double white lines to ride the HOV lane in an EMPTY flatbed with your company logo on it.
Worst service ever
Wack as place! The lady “if that’s what you wanna call her” was unbelievable rude. We had a truck get stolen and it was missing for a little over a year..CHP recently found it “stripped to just a bare cab” they had it towed by High Desert ..we showed up at the office with the pink slip to hand them because we wanted to see if the truck still had the specialty plate to it because it was my dads before he passed and we thought them having the proper paperwork would make it easy on them to junk the truck..well…when when the lad... read more
