They went out of their way to help me with my problem. We go back to them again.
I took in a 2012 Tiffin Allegro Bus for service. I gave Pro RV a list of issues I needed to be addressed and on this list was a problem with one of the slide rooms-it was stuck in the open position. John, their mobile repair technician, came to my home to get the slide in so I could transport the bus to their facility. They always treat me well. Today, on my way home from elk camp, I stopped in at Pro RV to empty my RV tank. Very little out of the way, and easy to use. Very reasonable price as well.
Update- picked trailer up yesterday. 3 months later, the owner made things right with a fair price but if you have an older trailer ( mine is a 2007) that new parts for body work are no longer available. (So I’m told) and…put mouse traps in and under your trailer before taking to this location. Most frustrating experience I have ever had with vehicle repairs. Took my trailer to have minor cosmetic work done in June. I was told it would be two weeks to complete repairs. I have called almost every week for an update and I get ... read more
