a staff that cares, for one! warning patients of probable issues after surgery! I did not know that blood clots were a possible major issue after SURGERY! I had no clue that it was a problem! I ended up back on the hospital 5 days later, a fall risk and on heparin drip for 4 days! then on eloquis blood thinner for 5 months!!! and now, my knee is twerked and he did NOTHING!
The Dr. his office staff in the physical therapy dept is very rude and hard to deal with. they like to make things up.
RecommendedNurses are very nice and kind,nice environment,the exercises are helpful the Doctor he knows what his doing I call that experience and that’s important!!!

Everyone is so nice and understanding and PA Brad is great he takes his time to explain and answer any questions and addresses all areas of concern and takes immediate action to resolve very happy with the treatment my mom has received and is receiving has been a very positive experience!!
