Very informative helpful patient and kind. Found the perfect mask fitting for my mom.
I don’t know how this place is even in business! Every time I call I have a very difficult time trying to have them answer the phone! It seems like they simply don’t give a rats ass about your health, not to mention they lose your prescriptions causing you headaches left and right, they are more concerned about what each others weekend was like.I wouldn’t Recommend this place to anyone! STAY AWAY…
I have had to use High Desert 2 times. Both times they failed. There is no one to answer the phone , if in the1%of people they call back, they won't answer a question or help you fix their cheaply made CPAP. The last CPAP was taken back because they responded to my need for help, after contacting Dr. Roper 2 weeks later. This made 4 weeks with no CPAP activity. They told me they were coming to fix the machine and instead repo'ed it. Causing me to do another series of sleep studies. (I go down to 65%oxygen when I sleep). I ma... read more
