Annie Lazo is very helpful when it comes to patient assistance and providing information in a way that is easy to understand. From the time I signed in, I was greeted with professionalism and kindness. Service was excellent! The doctors and nurses always have taken the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. HDMG has been my provider for a long time and I trust them with my Healthcare needs.
This is my first time giving a 1 star rated review. My over experience was not pleasant. With the exception of the young lady that checked me in ( took my insurance information), no one smiled. It was more like a productive/ assembly line. Stand here, sign this, follow me…..then the doctor asked me a question after he introduced himself, ‘ do you know the difference between urgent care and emergency? You need emergency. Say no more, I am out!!! Thank you but no thank you. Medical care starts with service….
