Where do I begin about my horible experience, I called the other day to make my grandfather an Er follow up appointment when called the girl who answered the phone spoke so fast I couldn't even understand her . I told her that I wanted to make an appointment with my grandpas PCP , I got transferred to who knows were and nobody picked the phone up . Always fast and friendly service. Dr. HO's staff is very helpful and efficient. I have been going there for a few years now. I had another fast and effective visit with Doctor Ho. He is always friendly and knowledgeable. They are pretty fast and efficient. Can't really ask for more. Going there for a little over 5 years.
Every visit is wonderful the staff service is great they are very concerning and have lots of patience with there clients. Great Job .
