Urgent care is no good! People were friendly enough but the care was awful. I fell, I twisted my ankle and hurt my elbow, I hobbled into urgent care. EDWARD TAMMARA PAC moved my arm to see if my shoulder or wrist was broken but never examined my foot, he looked at it from across the room and could clearly see the baseball size swelling. After the x-ray he told me to follow up with orthopedics next week. He put my arm in a splint and reluctantly wrapped my foot. HDMG, specifically James Wong and his team (Maria I believe, but im foggy🥴)is by far the BEST practitioner I've seen in my 43 years. It is a life changing experience when your doctor listens and RESPECTS your thoughts and concerns, follows thru, works with you to accomplish goals, and educates you about achieving optimal health with a plan that's easy to understand, where you aren't confused about what's next.
