Take a look at this photo of the scare tactic used. Analyze this picture and notice the actual radiator is almost perfect with a drop of coolant. Look at the close-up picture of the coolant overflow bottle the bottle is plastic and has ridges if you look close you even see on the bottle that there is a L/F level indicator. This cracked up distorted picture of the coolant bottle was used to make a really bad service scam recommendation. This overflow bottle makes it look drastic. The service department is staffed with the rudest, lacking in entry level people skills and courtesy. Politics and racism permeates their core values.

“0” rating The worst customer service; very rude and unable to diagnose and fix the steering problem in our 2011 Hyundai Genesis with less than 65000 miles. We had an appointment for several weeks, but they serviced other customers while we waited. We wasted 5 hours and half tank of gas and left dissatisfied. We will never go back and will never recommend or buy another Hyundai vehicle!

Bought a car there last month took it out of town barely made it back home called them they asked for an opportunity to fix it and make it right. Got my car back it's still the same now I have payments on a car that I don't even trust to go out of town in. After I got it back they sent me a questionnaire I told the truth and sent it back to them!

We were in the proverbial pickle when car broke down west of Needles late Friday afternoon. Had it towed to High Desert Hyundai for service and arrived just at a few minutes prior to closing time. A technician was required to work on it but was not assigned for Saturday work. We informed the service manager of our situation (need to be back in Oxnard on Monday due to wife's upcoming blood work and infusion therapy) the technician was called and he came in Saturday to work on car.
