I would rate this healthcare facility much higher if it was just going by the doctors and the people who have performed different things on me. But they have this impossible task of making appointments that they can’t keep. I’ve been scheduled twice for an echocardiogram and had it canceled by the facility and they canceled it the same day that I’m supposed to be there. I first met Dr Hinchman when my grandson was accidentally killed by a bullet. . When I had returned back to work, I felt terrible, I kept saying I now know what a broken heart feels like! When I started to complain about my jaw and top of my shoulder hurting so bad, a teacher I was working with knew that I was having a heart attack. They were all great from the receptionist to doctor Mozes all were great we got in and out of there on time we never waited at any point. The pace maker monitor was my favorite he had all the info and was able to answer all in any questions , we had. Also a very likable personality , I would definitely recommend them to anybody that needed them.
Thank you to high desert heart vascular. Staff very nice. We liked Dr Costello because he explained everything to us of my dad's condition. My father really liked his doctor.
High Desert Heart is a very professional & organized business that puts an emphasis on giving thorough personal care. They have the latest medical equipment & personnel on site to help with diagnosis. They have highly trained, educated. & experienced heart specialists that run the equipment and assist patients who each have unique issues.
