I would rate this healthcare facility much higher if it was just going by the doctors and the people who have performed different things on me. But they have this impossible task of making appointments that they can’t keep. I’ve been scheduled twice for an echocardiogram and had it canceled by the facility and they canceled it the same day that I’m supposed to be there. I love everything about high desert. Easy and comfortable location with lots of parking, easy check-in, the staff is fantastic and on time. The staff probably has the best bed side manners of any doctors office I have ever been in. The online portal makes communication easy. They are very knowledgeable and experienced.
Dr. Moses and their staff was very professional and present and engaged. As a physician myself, I appreciate the independent medical practices that offer much more personalized care and customer service. I also met with Dana the nurse practitioner there and she was very informative. Facility is top notch and would highly recommend!
Dr Moses and staff were most courteous, professional, and focused. The array of tests scheduled was as precise as it was encompassing. I am relieved to be starting the process. The office was second to none. Exceedingly clean, spacious, and organized. This was my initial visit. At 75 I have concerns with managing my blood pressure and possible elated issues. Dr Moses has us on the diagnostic path leading to the currative. Grateful!
From the moment you step into the office, you are greeted by a very professional staff, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Castillo actually takes the time to listen to your concerns without appearing rushed. At a time when doctors on average spend 5 minutes with a patient, this was a breath of fresh air.
