During my first visit to this clinic, I found Justina, the receptionist, to be friendly and welcoming. The audiologist, Chelsea, is a caring person who took the time to understand my hearing challenges and is truly dedicated to helping resolve them. I highly recommend her.
I appreciate the kindness of the staff. Any questions I have are promptly answered in understandable terms. I have had hearing aids over 5 years. Since coming to High Desert Hearing, 2 years ago, I have learned so much about the adjustments that I didn't realize were available on the aids I have!
