I’ve seen several audiologists throughout my life, but none have ever taken the time to break down my diagnosis, explain the conditions affecting it, and help me understand what my future may look like the way she did. She truly saw me as a person, not just another patient to get through or a task to complete. Her compassion and thoroughness made all the difference.
