Wow. After 30ish years of navigating my hearing issues, I finally got answers. Honest and surprising, actually. Not playing... THE BEST! Wow.
Very thorough and professional. Explains the test results and answers questions. Dr. Hensley always explains the test results and discusses options. Very helpful.
Dealing with hearing loss for over 30 years means also dealing with numerous audiologists and hearing aids dispensers. Heather at High Desert more than met my expectations. Knowledgeable with a great attitude I highly recommend both Heather and High Desert Hearing Center.
I was very impressed. Chelsey Hensley spent an impressive amount of time with me; discussed my hearing challenges and ultimately recommended advanced care in Denver. She clearly did not go for the "easy" answers; rather, she was very willing to dig deeper and help me find a solution to my hearing problems. Wow.
I experienced a sudden hearing loss in one ear and was referred to Heather by my ENT specialist. She saw me within 2 days! She completed a thorough exam, explaining each step confirming the problem. She thenspenta considerable amount of time setting up an appointment that allowed me to see printed captions on my phone. This has been life changing for me. I can now understand conversations when using my phone and am enjoying communicating by phone again!! Thank you, Heather!
