Very caring, knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommended.
Unfortunately we did not have a great experience. The lady who took us back for the audiology test was unkind and had no skills for making my daughter who is four feel comfortable. Her first words to us was that we would need to hurry because she had someone who needed the equipment in 10 min, (we were on time). She then looked in my daughters ear and stated she wouldn’t do the test because she had wax in her ears.
