My spring broke and I callled them and they returned my call. Right away. I was worried because I couldnt miss work that day and I asked them if they can come out to my house after I got off work st 530pm. They said that wouldnt be a problem and they were waiting for me when I got home. It took them about 45 minutes to replace the springs and the door is as good as new. I would use them again if I ever need them again.
Chris came and fixed our door and was very friendly, good communication and on time . If our door needs attention again i will be calling them again.
I absolutely recommend this business very professional and quick response the owner is an absolute pleasure to work with very knowledgeable! Had some work done back in February and again in March and both times it has been a great experience!

My garage door would not go up, a bolt appeared to have broken. I called Chris at High Desert Garage door he said Ryan would come by in a few hours , he came over saw what happen put a new bolt on tuned up everything and working even better than it was. Thank you Chris and Ryan . Will definitely call you again
