So my garage door was stuck half open, and the cables were off the drum. We called them and they showed up the next morning and fixed and serviced everything in under a half an hour. Ryan is the best, they have wonderful customer service and they don't try and sell you unnecessary parts!!! My garage door cables came off, so I called High Desert Garage Doors. They were able to come to my house in Victorville right away. They sent a technician named Ryan, who did an excellent job at a reasonable price. When I’m ready to install new garage doors, I definitely know who I’ll call, thanks guys !
