If you just need a cavity filled or your teeth cleaned their fine but they lied to me when they said they could do the same procedure my insurance paid for in Prescott, I cancelled my appointment and went to them, it would of cost me $90 in Prescott for my deductible, after they had me numbed and started working on my tooth they said you can't go through a crown for a root canal because it will break, this was a lie, the prescott office said this is standard procedure, they destroyed my crown and charged me for a new crown, ... read more
After driving almost an hour to get here, I was told that I was too late for my appointment and that I would have to reschedule. I get you guys have a 10 minute grace period, but when I walked in, it was within that window. I think you guys just didn't want to stay past 4pm. It's a shame as you just lost me as a customer....
This office is phenomenal! My son has special needs, he was scared to see the dentist back home since we had a really horrible experience with his last dentist, so decided to try one out of town but in network. My son came home and was raving about his dentist and the staff. He appreciated that the dental team explained everything to him prior to starting the procedures. Answered any questions and treated him with kindness and grace.
I didn't get what I paid for or what I was promised. I am very disappointed . And would recommend not to go there...
