I went in to get adjusted. They didn't tell me till after my appointment that my insurance wouldn't cover my visit and I would have to pay a lot more than my copay, which I couldn't afford. The receptionist was very snippy and made me feel like it was all my fault. I also left the appointment hurting more than I had before I went in. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Horrible experience. Would not return to this office if it was free. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the cost of a visit is double of what I have had to pay at any other office in the Albuquerque area while I have been searching for a new chiropractor.
I set up an appointment for me and my son. I went in and filled out paperwork and gave them my insurance cards. They charged me my copay, and paid that without complaining. The receptionist could have told me before my appointment started that I would have to pay more because of my insurance deductible.
