Great customer service, good communication on the progress of my rug which took extensive work and treatments for pesky cat odor. High quality cleaning. They take satisfaction in a job well done and treated the rug several times rather than send it back with even a hint of odor.
Dan did the most professional carpet cleaning job I've ever had done. He carefully cleaned under sofas and chairs. He took extra care with spots and heavily soiled areas. He even was able to remove some horrible black staining due to an elliptical machine being placed directly on the bedroom carpet without a mat. He was very competitively priced. If you want the job done right, call High Desert Carpet Care.
