The Referral Coordinator Brenda is awesome. She is on top of the Referrals making sure the patients are taken care of. I had some hiccups with a Referral and Brenda kept in constant contact with me letting me know the process and what was happening with my Referral. She worked very hard to make sure I received the equipment the doctor wanted me to have for my care. I have dealt with other office Referral Coordinators and by far she is the best I have dealt with.

I recently had a sleep study at the High Desert Cardiopulmonary Medical Group. I went for symptoms of sleep apnea and ongoing daytime fatigue. The entire process was extremely smooth from start to finish. The technician was not only professional and knowledgeable but also very polite and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the night. My experience here was very positive. The employee Joseph was stellar in his customer service. They offered coffee and he was very thorough with my sleep study. High five to their team!!
