My first sleep study but Gemma made me feel comfortable and at ease. Talked me through the process. Made sure I understood what was going to happen and how I was to be monitored. Nice clean rooms. Easy access to shared bathroom. Would definitely recommend facility. Thank you for a peaceful sleep.
Louise was very professional and kind. She did an excellent job explaining the process of everything she was doing including the equipment. She made me feel as comfortable as possible. The bedroom was decent it's no holiday Inn but their focus isn't to give us a luxury stay. It was respectable and clean. Thank you Louise for helping me get thru the night. Beautiful inside and out.
In my 59 years of living, I have never witness a place of business where everyone that I interacted with had a horrible freaking attitude. As a veteran, I would have thought that I would have been greeted with respect, thoughfulness and kindness but that was far from the truth. And if someone thinks that I'm overreacting please read the review of the other service member's review. I will be demanding that the VA doesn't use their services for my needs and to make them aware of the other service member's review.
Gema did a fantastic job in getting me set up for my second sleep study. I appreciate her hard work and excellent service .
My sleep study went very well, kim is very nice and kind and made sure you were very comfortable. Very clean and nurses are very attentive.kim answered all my questions
