Amazing customer service, so welcoming when you enter, they actually do care about their customers instead of just acting like it. The updates they send out are often and help you know what's going on with your vehicle. Honestly if you are a insurance rep and your reading this, I highly recommend you using them with your place of business. Over all great experience at this place I'd give it a 100 star rating if it let me.

I moved to Riverside a few years ago and had dealt with High Desert Auto Body in the past. My wife was involved in a collision on the 91 freeway in corona and I had the car towed to High Desert Auto Body due to their amazing quality work and friendliness. They were very professional when I would speak to them regarding the vehicle. I wouldn't go to any other body shop as long as this one is around.
