I am not a mechanic..I try not to open the hood of my 2005 chevy diesel. I need a shop that tells me the truth and does not try to tip toe around what is obviously wrong. I can trust what Rich tells me to be his best guess at the repair. While not a cheap repair shop the knowledge they stand behind their work is keeping me coming back. And telling all my friends to do the same..dennis
I have known jimmy his whole life,took my 2004 dodge in for transmission service they changed the oil adjusted the bands new service kit back on the road in about 2hrs.would not want anyone but high desert to work on our cars and trucks when it comes to diesels they are top of the line.
I left with great brakes and a big dent in my bumper. I was told that the dent was on my truck when I pulled up, according to the cameras. When I said I wanted to see the cameras they said ok. Then they called me to tell me I had less than two hours to get there before it wouldn't be available to watch. Then I said OK I'll come (but I bet if it benefited them they would be able to show the recording till the end of time).
