High Demand has a really unique boutique atmosphere imo, that sets it apart from a lot of other dispensaries in the area that I’ve been to . The shop has a great selection featuring some of the best cultivators around, including Alt Sol, District Cannabis, and Cookies — the GOATS in my opinion. And a ton of cool stickers for free for when you leave out… I like to grab them to jazz up my Bongs. The location is also extremely convenient — it’s right off the Blue Line Metro, only about a 2-minute walk from the station. It’s e... read more
Absolutely unmatched quality! This place easily has some of the best, most high-demand product in the area, and the fact that they carry top-tier medical-grade cannabis makes it a massive standout. Beyond that, they are a true one-stop shop—they keep everything you could possibly need in stock, right down to raw papers and all the essential accessories. What really sets them apart, though, is the customer service. The staff is consistently welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely amazing to deal with every single time you wal... read more
Monique was very helpful walking in the door. The staff are quick and helpful. Now, let's start talking about selection. They have everything from flowers, pre-rolls, vaporizers, edibles, concentrates, topicals tinctures and all accessories. Accessories include everything from the raw challenge cones to small bowls and large water bongs. The selection of rolling papers, tobacco accessories and even lighters is vast. Great Positive Vibes and amazing energy. And I'm here early on a rainy Sunday morning!
I love it here. The whole experience is smooth from the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly, patient, and always quick with check‑in. They even help you sign up for your medical card on the spot, which is required, so nobody feels lost or confused. I also love the menu setup and the stickers it makes everything easy to browse and fun to explore. This place truly makes everyone feel welcome.
Yohanna consistently provides one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere. From the moment I walk in, she greets me by name and makes every visit feel personal. It’s clear she genuinely cares about making you feel like a valued customer rather than just another transaction. Yohanna’s incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to understand what you’re looking for before recommending strains that fit your specific needs. The level of care, professionalism, and expertise she brings to every interaction is ... read more
