If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would if you are a person of color with different hair don’t go here unless you’re basic. I wanted a copper color with vibrant color. And all she did was add in COLOR. I could have done that myself at home. I paid 130! She didn’t even listen to what I wanted and did what she wanted the color she added was more of a red color on my black color hair which was not at all noticeable. I DONT RECOMMEND GOING HERE! Period.
I made an appointment online with Shelly confirmed through several texts my appt at 9 am. She was a no show. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I ever had
