I've used High Country Title & Escrow for both closing and escrow services over the last 4+ years. They used to be great, but since getting acquired by a bigger company, things have gone downhill fast. No one answers the phone and I have no idea who to email. Voicemails go unanswered. Currently use their escrow department to manage payments on a loan and the most recent payment was drawn from my account but not received by the lender. I'll be moving that loan to a different escrow company as soon as I can. Really sad conside... read more
