Brian Mook, the owner or property manager, who will tell you directly to your face that he hired a shitty contractor to fix the house and that the texturing on the walls is so thick to hide how unlevel and what shitty job his contractor actually did. Then tells you not to worry about the contractors mistakes. (because texture was falling off of the walls in the house); that it won’t be a problem during move out, because he’s aware of the problems the house has. High Country property management took care of my property for 6 years .while it was an older property that needed some fixing up , Brian and Sonda went out of their way to work with me to fix it up both with quality and affordability. They always found reliable tenants that were both responsible and took care of the place . I can’t express how lucky I felt to have a property management company that truly looked out for my interests ! Good people , good company !!
I've rented from HCPM for almost 2yrs now & have been pleased with them. Both the owner, Brian, & the office manager, Sonda, have been helpful & attentive whenever I've had any issues, &/or with repairs.
Keep raising rent but can't even keep the water on for people they shut our water off without notice at least 5 times already this month they refuse to plow the roads during winter they try to tell you what you can and can't do with the house you own they own the lot not the house if they want more rent they should do a lot more for the more money they want please just do better
Facebook review was deleted interesting. Brian is very unprofessional loves to take your money doesn’t repair the necessary things. Will ignore your concerns if they will cost him money. Leaving one star because can’t leave that part blank. Doesn’t care about tenants. Mold has been left in the house for several months after a huge flood in the basement.
