Kelly Coe was completely unprofessional! I reported a $1,700 HIGH VALUE PACKAGE that was marked delivered and HANDED TO SOMEONE INSIDE THE BUILDING! I asked Kelly to notify tenants and follow up, but I received no follow up or documented tenant outreach from her! Even after I explained that the inaccurate suite signage contributed to misdelivery issues, the signage remained incorrect for months and required multiple additional messages from me before it was corrected.
