Awful. They do not know how to keep an appointment. There was no confirmation call or email. I rearranged my day for this appointment and they messed up the time.
Out 14 month old son spiked a high grade fever late Saturday night prior to the 4th of July in Frisco (we are from IL). We saw that Breckenridge had an urgent care open on a Sunday. We gave him some Ibuprofen and brought the fever down. We came in when they opened and everyone from the receptionist to the nurses to Dr. PJ were excellent to our little guy. It was a Sunday before a holiday and all the employees were wonderful. Thanks for the great experience.
