On a trip from Iowa to Breckenridge on a Saturday night I had a flat rear tire. Blane got my bike in as soon I got to the shop & I was back in the road in less than 1hr on a Sunday!! Great group of service staff & mechanics.
We are traveling from Ky to California and stopped in to look around for souvenirs and get a bike looked at that is experiencing front end wobble. Told us 5 hours to get it in and then the guy in service has the nerve to tell us it's because the tire pressure is 2psi high in front and rear, well duh!! We had been riding so of course it was gonna be higher. Total waste of our time and we definitely won't ever be back there. I did not buy a bike from there, I saw a coat on clerance, they trusted me to hold it for me so I could pick it up today. For a guy born and raised in the Midwest this a place I will do more business with.
Had been traveling from New York to my cousin's in Colorado and happened to get a puncture in my tire High Country Harley and the staff in the service department where very accommodating and even provided me with a rental bike while mine was being serviced would definitely recommend this dealership AAA+
Tim is the best. He's the only guy I will buy parts from.
I've been dealing with High Country for 15 years now. Never had a problem & bought 2 Harley's there. Great sales & tech service staff. Parts & clothing is great, too.
