High Country Electric installed landscape floodlights on our new home that said right on the lights "horizontal use only." The lights were supposed to be uplights for the trees. The lights failed within three months. They wanted us to buy new lights AND pay for labor when they should have, at the very least, only charged me the difference in cost between the wrong lights they put in and the new.

I built a $360,000 custom home less than 2 years ago. My builder used High Country Electric. We upgraded quite a few electrical items including outside under the eve Christmas Light Outlets. We used them last Christmas for 30 days and everything worked fine. We purchased all new led Christmas lights and had them professionally hung and taken down.
