My daughter went there end of June. Completed lab work in July. Followed up middle of August (stated they didn’t have lab report). Had father sign a release which he didn’t need to since the provider ordered the labs and they can pull them from WMC. Called back a week later and was told they still didn’t have the labs. Dr. Voglewede and all staff at BRENT were very kind and courteous. When he first came into the exam room Dr. Voglewede said to me, “I’ll just be honest, I had never heard of this particular disorder, but I read about it, and I’ve read through your records.” It was such a relief to know that he cared enough to really dig into my long journey with BVH and knew about treatment, clinical trials, etc., that has taken me years to accumulate and add to my binder.
