Walking into Blue Ridge Ear Nose and Throat feels like a family reunion instead of a medical practice I walk in! There are staff that have been there for over 20 years. They know me by name and greet me with a hug and smiling faces. This makes such a difference, as opposed to going somewhere I am merely a patient file.
My experience was great, my ear forgot for me to stay for ear clean and an ear cleaner inspection there. It is a long time drive to go for 30 seconds. I will be there in a week and a half from today. 30 seconds can do that then. I hope that the ear cleaners can be sent to Ingles for me to get. Thank You
