I have waited for a week to receive my trash can which was supposed to arrive today, when I called about it, she said she would find out but meanwhile i can take my trash to the landfill in Bend! I said i don’t have a truck, & she said will it fit in your car??? Garbage. wow I live in Terrebonne! Just want a can, read alot of reviews, too bad Wish people cared more! Josh has the same exact review!!
Three weeks of missed garbage pick up, called every time. Escalated each time with no returned call. Called again today, they are unable to put in our missed pick up due to technical difficulty.. I'll have to call again. Highly frustrated with their lack of integrity, and service. If there was another garbage company in Redmond we would be switching today, zero stars.
Keep getting billed even though I've had my services paused since April. I'm tired of calling in and having to prove I put in the request online. How hard is it? I simply put my request in online to pause my services but then keep getting billed. Very frustrating and absolutely ridiculous. If I'm not able to get a credit on my account (again) I'll end up disputing the charges with my card/bank. Edit: I reached out to the email address provided on 8/3/25 and am awaiting a response
