My rental place still has our previous tenants trash recycling and yard debris bins. The tenants reeled those out before moving out. They were scheduled to pick up but no one came by pick it up. We got a violation notification from our HOA stating that those were out there for a long period time. Missed the pickup day and at least sitting in the curbside for 10 days. Called RS for resolving the issue and I was told that I would get a call before dispatcher comes in to pick up those bins. So far no call and I am still waiting... read more

Missed my garbage the last week! Called and they scheduled me a pick up and never showed. Scheduled them to come AGAIN and nothing.... I now have 6 bags of trash and my full trashcan that have been sitting in the hot sun for a week and 2 days. Now they are saying they will come tomorrow which is my regular Scheduled pick up day anyways. They refused to come get my trash and kept pushing out the date to when my regular pick up day is. That way they didn't have to make an extra trip. I'm so over this!!!!

I have lived in Central Oregon my whole life other than when I was in the military during Desert Storm. Knott landfill was always a good business and treated their customers well. I am very disappointed with Republic Services. We have had three new carts break. The last two the wheels popped off the container during the pickup. Both times the pickup person said that they would have a new bin brought out. Both times the bin was not replaced. I see a lot of people complaining about the service but also see another of people bot following how they are suppose to put their carts at the curb. 3 feet apart, 5 feet from anything else, nothing 14 feet about it. Have your carts out the night before or no later than 6am it's not always going to be the same driver and they don't all do the routes the same. The carts are there's tou rent them so if they damaged the one you rent call them and they will replace them at no charge.
