Three weeks of missed garbage pick up, called every time. Escalated each time with no returned call. Called again today, they are unable to put in our missed pick up due to technical difficulty.. I'll have to call again. Highly frustrated with their lack of integrity, and service. If there was another garbage company in Redmond we would be switching today, zero stars.
Keep getting billed even though I've had my services paused since April. I'm tired of calling in and having to prove I put in the request online. How hard is it? I simply put my request in online to pause my services but then keep getting billed. Very frustrating and absolutely ridiculous. If I'm not able to get a credit on my account (again) I'll end up disputing the charges with my card/bank. Edit: I reached out to the email address provided on 8/3/25 and am awaiting a response

I am very disappointed with Republic Services. I haven't been a customer for very long at all. I recently moved and our house had old, broken, small cans. I call and request new services, new cans, and for the old ones to be picked up. The guy they have comes and drops off my new cans; great, but forgets the old ones. I thought okay they had construction garbage in them from God knows how long ago, that's why he didn't grab them? I get them emptied on the days of pickup. I request that they be picked up again.
