Horrible! Your trucks leave debree on our roads. Many cans are laying on the ground. Afraid of a little snow and come really late sometimes. But you pressure us to have our cans out early. Weird!
Somehow Redmond RS is the absolute worst?? I just moved to Redmond and have been living here for about 7 months, and nearly every month has presented some issue or another. What is going on? Why are our city services functioning so poorly? They haven't picked up my glass recycling in over a MONTH, even though I leave it out for them every other Thursday. Date: 10/29/24 Tuesday Time: 12:22 pm I was driving to a local business, address: 2605 S 1st St, Redmond, OR 97756 This is the airport industrial Park, there is a back alleyway to access the businesses. This is a one-way alleyway, and also where business dumpsters are located. I observed the garbage trucks taking out the dumpsters in the alleyway. This company took my entire debris bin instead of emptying. I had equipment and a landscaping project planned for that particular couple days knowing my debris bin was going to be picked up. When I called and asked that they bring it back I was told I had to wait 2 weeks!! My recycle bin has had a broken lid for over a month. I have called 3 times asking for a new one. My rental place still has our previous tenants trash recycling and yard debris bins. The tenants reeled those out before moving out. They were scheduled to pick up but no one came by pick it up. We got a violation notification from our HOA stating that those were out there for a long period time. Missed the pickup day and at least sitting in the curbside for 10 days. Called RS for resolving the issue and I was told that I would get a call before dispatcher comes in to pick up those bins. So far no call and I am still waiting... read more
