Disappointing experience. Being new to the state, when you call a business and give them your enrollee ID and your group ID over the phone and they say they accept your insurance, you think you’re safe. I show up to my appointment. Give them my ID card just for them to tell me they do not accept this type of Delta dental insurance. So, shouldn’t that have came up when I called them a week before and gave them My group ID? The lady who was running my insurance then said they offer a $77 new patient consultation.
