High Country Behavior health is the only place I would go for any mental health services in the Pocatello, ID area. The staff truly wants to see your quality of life go up. They not only listen they make solutions, and follow through with action. I have a past of horrible experiences and can truly say it’s different here, because they care.
Bryan Lankford is hands down the best therapist I've ever worked with. He is attentive, he has a personality and is genuinely concerned for his clients. Kelsey Denison is an incredible med management professional and her assistant Sabrina is a delight. Nicole is amazing and Stephanie is a godsent angel. I love seeing their faces when i walk in. The entire team is a absolute masterpiece. I wouldn't choose anywhere else for my services. Every cog in the hcbh clock is on time and perfect.
I've been going to HCBH for some months now and Bryan Lankford is an absolutely amazing counselor and is super knowledgeable. He makes me feel extremely comfortable and is always giving me new tools to make mine and my kids lives so much better. The front desk is very helpful and kind whenever I need anything. Highly recommend!
Dr. Kelsey Denison and her assistant Sabrina are amazing! They listen to every concern and have a caring, empathetic bedside manner! They make adjustments in treatment gradually and in response to my needs and concerns. Thank you so much for exceptional care! 5 Stars are not enough!
