Worst service advisor experience ever! Cassidy Schear order # 168856 is either a lier or too incompetent to be representing this dealer. I brought my 2024 GMC in for a warranty turbo replacement. He tried telling me it was not under warranty and when I proved to him it was he complained that GMC only pays them 6.3 hours and it takes 14 and I would have to pay the balance. I said fine and could work that out with GMC on a reimbursement. So instead of doing that he charged me $177.55 for diagnostics then said it needed an engi... read more
We so appreciate these guys! Our truck was tuckered out on our way to Moab for the weekend. We stopped 20 monies prior to closing, and they were happy to assist us. We were able to leave it there, and they had it fixed and ready to go the next day! They are so helpful, and we are very grateful!

If you’re looking for a new vehicle, make sure you go in and see Rick or one of his guys. He is so fun to deal with. The whole experience is low pressure and it’s refreshing to see the owner of the dealership actually cares and works there and is deeply involved with the whole process. Can’t say enough good things.
