This place is the real deal! The food is amazing. The ribs were the best I've ever had! The staff are kind and sincere. I can't say enough nice things about High Cotton Barbecue!!

We've been to OBX several times but this was our first visit. Don't make that mistake! Make this one of your first stops! The food was fantastic. The staff dropped an extra plate of ribs on our table and Chad is about the best wait staff we've ever had and we've dined at Gordon Ramsay's "fancy" places in Vegas. Great job! Can't say enough good things about this place. I had the pork platter. �

We love coming here every time we are in town. The food is always good but today it was exceptionally awesome. I had the pulled chicken sandwich with fries and slaw. Hubby had ribs with cabbage and beans. Kid loved her nuggets too. Grandparents had pulled pork with cabbage and potato salad. The hush puppies with the honey butter are awesome. Our server was so great too.

Extremely friendly and attentive staff! Our cups were never empty and we were never passed without a smile and a check in! Food was delicious and plenty of it! Very reasonably priced as well! We are on vacation for a few days and would like to try to get back here again before we leave!
