I booked a manicure and pedicure and was very disappointed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were speaking in a foreign language in front of clients throughout my appointment. While I understand employees may speak different languages, doing so continuously in front of customers without including them felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. This is the only salon I have consistently gone to for 10 years! Everyone is so lovely and accommodating. They give you exactly what you want. Jenny is especially one of my favourite lash and nail techs!
