HORRIBLE! After you purchase your vehicle they do not care. My trade in has not been paid and its been over a month. Vehicle has frame damage and they claim they service the vehicle but will not provide service records, multiple emails sent but get ignored. Talk about buyers remorse. Worst feeling in the world to feel like you were just a buck and a sale for their books!
Bought a car recently from High Class Auto Sales. They showed me one page of Carfax telling me no major damage. Turns out the car has been in 3 accidents one causing frame damage. Overall terrible experience dishonest company.
Stop looking at other dealerships. Go check these guys out. Not only will you find a car you want, but they want to help you make it happen! Great customer service. I’m completely satisfied with my purchase. I’ll be back here again!
Great service, I was impressed by how amazing this show looks! I would always see it social media and on local 916 Instagram accounts and thought I had to check it out. Not only did I buy a car but just being able to be treated without hassle or rushing me to pick a car was great! Hash definitely took care of me and made the process easy.
