I've been procrastinating finding an eyebrow place after moving from Chicago. My brows are light and thin and it's easy to take off too much. High Brow was recommended to me by a few friends, and it was by far the best brow shaping/tinting I have ever gotten. My brows are literally perfect; she was a magician. I'll most definitely be back.
