I have worked with Blake and Calvin on a number of occasions. They are always professional and easy to work with.
Save yourself time, money, and a headache. “Checking the roof” apparently means walking around and not physically checking shingles. Replaced a few shingles, in and out in 15 minutes for $500? No thanks.
I needed a second opinion on my foundation issue so I had Blake come out and take a look. He took the time to look over my situation and gave me his recommendation as well as suggesting that I call an engineering company to confirm. I went ahead and called an engineering firm and they came out and the assessment Blake, from High Bar, gave me was 100% consistent with what the engineer recommended. Blake deserves no stars, but that is not an option. Blake gained our trust by completing a roofing and foundation job. So, we felt comfortable hiring him for additional work. We hired and paid him 8k to paint our entire house (1784sq ft), deck and some flooring work. (5/9/2024) His crew was extremely sloppy and got paint everywhere. Missed an entire wall, didn't finish our laundry room, and the deck looks the same, if not worse than when they started.
