Cory and his team did an outstanding job installing our cast iron tub. Given the weight and complexity of the installation, I was initially concerned, but High 5 Plumbing exceeded all of my expectations. The team was professional, efficient, and took great care throughout the entire process. The plumber who came out tried to upsell from a faulty pressure reducing valve to a complete water heater replacement. When the option estimates were presented, the plumber said I MUST sign now to lock in their "low price", which turned out to be twice what other plumbers were charging. Other companies said the work from High 5 was unnecessary. The sales tactics used felt like being in a car dealership. Yesterday, when I arrived home, I found water running on the floor and dripping from the ceiling. I immediately called Highfive; Corey came out and identified the source of the problem—my neighbor had unplugged their washing machine, and the connection was corroded. Corey replaced the valves and fixed the issue. Reviews are very important, and I always rely on them to choose the right service provider. I widely recommend High 5👏👏👏
Today we had the third service from High 5 Plumbing and HVAC for heating, sump pump and air conditioner. Every one of the three service men did a wonderful job. Today we had the pleasure of having Jacob Valencia out to check our air conditioning system. He was extremely professional, patient and kind.
