Real estate needs, home repairs - you name it, Higgins and Welch continue to come through for my family. First rate organization
We rented a property managed by this company and don’t recommend. We had gone 3 months without consistent hot water, siding falling off the side of the house not getting replaced for months in the winter, and issues with bees coming through the walls every summer. Was told the fireplace was useable when we signed the lease, only to later have them do an inspection and be told it’s nearly destroyed inside and not useable.
Ed Welch worked with me and got me into an apartment despite having poor credit and little understanding of the process of renting. I have only positive experiences with the entire company.
