Our dealings with Pat and Josh were both personable and professional. They are great communicators and have a focus on the vendor. We have just settled on the sale of our house at Goonellabah, at a price that we were very happy with. For this we thank Patrick, the principal, and Josh, for their invaluable advice, guidance and patience. Despite our initial buyer falling at a finance hurdle, another was found promptly and the sale proceeded smoothly and within our timing constraints. I was told I would only be allowed to inspect a rental after applying for it. This is unethical and illogical.
