I have worked with Higgins insurance agency for the last 8 years. As an owner of multiple properties, it can be a challenge to find good insurance at a reasonable price and a team that helps with every step. I am always pleased with the prices, the communication and the staff that work there! I highly recommend!

They're the worst. They not only overprice you but they also change the company you were used to do the service beforehand so they can get both comissions from you.

Incredibly disappointing insurance agency. Have had policies with them for many years, then after one senior staff member leaves, the whole place falls apart. They can't follow up on questions. They don't respond to email or phone call requests. I called to cancel a policy the day I got rid of a vehicle and it took FOUR MONTHS to get it cancelled. An then I only got one month refunded which included a late fee! What a waste of time and money. Moving all of my policies away from this terrible outfit.

These people are robo calling me at 10:30 at night after I told them to put me on their do not call list. Edit, called again. Edit, called again, They refer to their robo caller as a "Digital assistant".
