He took my money and never performed the work. He doesn't respond to my attempts to contact him.
They laid down flooring which buckled in at least 15 different places. After numerous attempts to contact them, they came and said it was defective flooring and would contact Home Depot. That's the last we heard from him. We called numerous times, send emails and finally sent a certified letter, which was refused. The address appears to be bogus, as I could not find it. Steve seemed like a nice guy but has proven to be totally irresponsible, unresponsive and does not stand behind his work.
Steve and his team did a very nice job on some drywalling and replacing some exterior boards. Steve was very responsive via phone and email and was honest with me about the extent of the work. I would call Steve again for any future handyman work.
Outstanding company! This is my brothers company. I have worked with him for 6 years. If customer service is important, he is who you want to call. I have never experienced someone so dedicated to making his clients happy. You will receive professional, experienced, clean, and on time service. From handyman to custom homes, he does it all with pride and dedication. And, im not just saying this because he is my brother!
