I'm so upset I am forced to give one star because they do not even deserve a one star. I have had the most terrible experience with the Higgins Group located in Shelton, CT. The agent by the name of Carine is extremely rude and very unprofessional. She is never at the office when she says she is, never picks up the phone and never answers her emails.
