never eating there again. was in there yesterday at noon we got the all you can eat crabs. The server Caroline was funny and sweet. The crabs were horrible we only hate between the two of us 3 crabs rest were bad. by time briught more had to go because I had go to work. still charged me 90 dollars! do not ever eat here they will rip you off and when complain clthat food is bad they take 15% off
My wife and I had dinner there Wednesday evening around 8pm, on June 24th, the service was extremely slow, we were seated within 5 minutes of our arrival but had to wait 20-25 minutes for our server to greet us, it took so long we had to ask the hostess to get our server, with a short staff and all the regulations in place, we were patient, but waiting for almost half an hour was ridiculous. RecommendedWent to the Blue Crab Deck Bar at Higgins Crab House tonight for some drinks after dinner. Erica was bartending on her own and swamped at the bar. She did an absolutely fantastic job the whole time. There were 3 women being rude and dogging her from the beginning of the time they got there. She showed nothing but professionalism the entire time that these women berated her for their $25 bill. Hats off to Erica. We will be back for the professionalism of Erica alone.
