Went to Higgins Crab House South for our reservation at 7:00pm and the rude man at the counter said he had no reservation for us at that time or for us at all. We had a 13month old baby with us, we timed the night perfectly, we know we made the reservation and we showed the rude man our phone.. he would not admit fault, would not accommodate us, so long story short we left and went down to Higgins Crab House North and they were fantastic!! Took us right away! Great time! Great food!

our service stunk. we were served cold vegetables before our meal then served our main course before our appetizers and one of our guests ( party of 6) could not get her wedge salad because nobody knew how to prepare a freakin salad. extremely disappointing is an understatement
The outdoor dining was nice. Frozen Margarita was watered down, crab cake was mostly filler, steamed crabs were light and too many smalls, steamed veg and corn on the cob was over cooked. Slow service and had to ask for water three times. Time to try another crab house.

Very slow service, and tuna was overcooked.
The food was slow coming out. There where only 6 people in Restaurant. The waitress got my order wrong in stead of grilled scallops I got fried scallops. I had to wait for them to refire the order. I got cherrystone clams and they where cold. I was never asked for a drink refill. Cold food and bad service for over $60.00 Bill. I got the dinner platter but it didn’t come with veggies. RecommendedThe generous portions that are served and the staff was very courteous. The all you can eat is exactly as advertised. Shout out to Parker aka “Peter Parker”🙂 he waited on us and anticipated all our needs! Thank you.
