Update: Almost two years and driveway has many cracks and holes in it and no salt used. Subfloor creaking and popping has gotten worse, Windows very poor quality water and air leaks and they condense bad in winter. HVAC still loud and humidity issues in house. Be aware though you will likely have a poorly installed HVAC system if you buy a house from them as well as creaking/popping floors and missing nails, poor concrete installation - my garage door will not even seal cause it is so unlevel, poor early cracking and pitting... read more
Don't believe builders response: I have spoken to others who bought in last couple years. Appliances installed poorly by builder no one else. House built near me has hired someone all week to do the so called punch list work due to builder not doing it. Would not recommend this builder. Several 5 star reviews are from their employees/contractors whose names I recognize. I have purchased other new homes that took 15 years to see any of these issues if ever. Would recommend, No problems or issues except for a few minor ones that were resolved
I would not recommend this builder. Poor quality workmanship and very poor quality supplies. Windows not centered in holes. Doors very cheap and poorly hung and sticking or falling apart or just crooked. Concrete quality and workmanship poor. Garage door not sealing due to uneven concrete. Cracks all over in first few months of ownership. Poor surface finishing. Vanity tops full of flaws and mismatched repairs.
