I had the DaVinci hysterectomy from Dr. Higginbotham. Either he or the machine severed a nerve. I will be in pain the remainder of my life. My existence is on Percocet and laying in bed. I have spent over $200,000 trying to find relief for my pain. I am in financial ruin. I have been to over 20 doctors and some of them multiple times. I would never recommend this doctor nor this procedure.

I see each and every patient back in my clinic at one week and four weeks after any type of hysterectomy. Any patient who calls my office after I have operated on them is seen immediately for any and all complaints. This patient never apprised me of any pain issues after her surgery. She had a perfectly normal recovery and indicated to me at each post operative visit that she was doing well and that she continued to improve and that she was happy with the outcome from her surgery.
